Meet Your
Mindfulness Guide
Practical mindfulness for everyday life—
one breath at a time.
Mindfulness has the potential to transform the world from within—one person at a time. My own journey began with myself.
Having experienced mental health challenges and frequent migraines from a young age, I understand the impact of both emotional and physical suffering. These experiences led me to meditation and mindfulness as compassionate ways of caring for body and mind.
Now in my 40s, as a mother and mindfulness teacher, I continue to deepen my practice, cultivate self-compassion and reconnect with the peace that is already within. Mindfulness helps me meet life with greater awareness, resilience and kindness. It reminds me to pause, especially in the beautiful and sometimes challenging moments of everyday life and parenthood.
Being present is a natural human capacity that we all possess and can all nurture. We see it so effortlessly in young children, yet as life unfolds, many of us gradually lose touch with it.
For me mindfulness is remembering:
to pause,
to become aware of the present moment,
to notice thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and the breath,
and to meet whatever arises with kindness, wisdom and compassion, without judgment.
Beginning a mindfulness practice is like stepping onto a path with no final destination. Over time, the practice becomes less about reaching somewhere else and more about discovering how to be fully present with the life that is already here.
Becoming a certified mindfulness teacher grew naturally from my wish to deepen my own practice and to share these teachings with others. Both formal meditation and the simple practice of bringing mindful awareness into everyday life have profoundly shaped my life, and it is a privilege to support others as they discover what these practices may offer them.
It would be an honour to accompany you on your own journey, whether through an 8-week Mindfulness Now programme in a group or in one-to-one sessions tailored to your individual needs.
Like trees, we grow slowly and steadily. I see my role as planting small seeds of mindfulness, nurturing them with care and patience, and trusting them to grow into their own unique potential.
Whether now is the right time to begin is entirely your choice. If and when you feel ready to take that first step, I'll be here to walk alongside you.
Practicing Together
At the moment I'm offering a weekly online drop-in session and the 8-week Mindfulness Now programme, available one-to-one or in small groups of up to six people.
If you'd like to learn more, explore which option is right for you, or join the free weekly drop-in, I'd love to invite you to book a free introductory call or online meet-up.
Over time, I also hope to offer a monthly Women Tree Network gathering—a nurturing space combining mindfulness, connection and personal growth. It will be for women who are growing a business, returning to work, or simply exploring what comes next.
Together we'll create a supportive community where ideas, confidence and aspirations can grow organically—slowly, steadily and with care—until the time feels right to step forward and thrive.
If this speaks to you, I'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch if you'd like to be notified when the first Women Tree Network gathering is announced.
Warmly,
Hanne
Peace within ourselves.
Peace within our homes.
Peace within our world.

Mission
My mission is to guide you towards the peace that is already within you by planting seeds of mindfulness and nurturing them with care. As they grow in their own time, they can help you reconnect with your whole self, cultivate greater joy and resilience, and gently ease suffering.
How It Works
A
Initial Intake Conversation
If you're interested in the 8-week Mindfulness Now programme, we begin with a complimentary 60-minute intake conversation, either online or in person. This gives us the opportunity to explore your needs, answer any questions you may have, and see whether this programme is the right next step for you.
During our conversation, you'll experience a short mindfulness practice. We'll also discuss your intentions, any relevant health considerations, the commitment involved, and practical arrangements such as finding a suitable day and time for a 1-to-1 or group programme.
Although mindfulness is not therapy, it is a personal journey. It's important that we both feel the programme is the right fit, so after our conversation we can decide together whether now is the right time to begin.

B
8-Week Programme & Half-Day Gift Retreat
The programme consists of eight weekly sessions of approximately two hours, following the carefully designed Mindfulness Now curriculum. Together we'll explore mindfulness through guided practices, gentle enquiry and practical exercises, helping you develop both a formal meditation practice and ways of bringing mindfulness into everyday life.
As part of the programme, you'll also be invited to attend a complimentary half-day retreat, either online or in person. Although optional, it is highly recommended. Spending around three hours practising mindfulness in a more continuous way allows your experience to deepen and often brings a richer understanding of what you've been learning throughout the course.

Follow-Up Retreat Days, Events & Individual Sessions
After completing the 8-week programme, you're warmly invited to continue your mindfulness journey through our weekly drop-in sessions, follow-up half-day or full-day retreats, community events, or individual sessions.
These offer an opportunity to deepen your practice, stay connected with a supportive community, and continue integrating mindfulness into everyday life at your own pace.
